IMPORTANT RISK DISCLOSURE
PLEASE READ THIS RISK DISCLOSURE CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING, ACCESSING, OR USING ANY TRADEPROPR PRODUCT OR SERVICE.
Trading and financial markets involve substantial risk. Futures, derivatives, leveraged products, and other financial instruments can experience rapid and substantial price movements.
TradePropr provides trading-related programs that may include simulated, hypothetical, evaluation, educational, performance-based, or other trading-related services.
Unless TradePropr expressly states otherwise in a separate written agreement, TradePropr programs do not provide Users with actual brokerage accounts, actual trading capital, or an account containing funds deposited by the User for the purpose of trading financial markets.
Balances, buying power, positions, profits, losses, equity, drawdowns, and other account information displayed within a TradePropr program may be simulated or hypothetical.
A simulated account size—such as $25,000, $50,000, $100,000, or $150,000—does not mean that TradePropr has deposited, allocated, or placed that amount of actual money into an account for the User.
Participation in a TradePropr program does not guarantee that a User will:
- Pass an evaluation
- Become eligible for a payout
- Receive a payout
- Generate profits
- Maintain profitable performance
- Receive any particular amount of compensation
- Receive a live or direct-funded account
- Obtain access to actual market execution
- Receive brokerage services
- Receive investment advice; or
- Achieve results similar to any examples, testimonials, screenshots, or simulated performance presented by TradePropr.
By purchasing or using TradePropr Services, the User acknowledges that the User has reviewed and understands this Risk Disclosure, the applicable Program Rules, the Terms of Service, and any applicable Trader or Payout Agreement.
1. Nature of TradePropr Services
TradePropr provides trading-related programs and services pursuant to the terms and conditions established by TradePropr.
Depending on the program, a User may receive access to a simulated trading environment, evaluation program, educational materials, account statistics, simulated account balances, simulated positions, performance metrics, or eligibility for payments or other rewards.
The specific characteristics of each program may differ.
TradePropr may offer multiple program types, including, without limitation:
- Starter
- Pro
- Daily
- Instant; and
- Other programs that may be introduced in the future.
Each program may have different:
- Account sizes
- Prices
- Profit targets
- Maximum losses
- Daily loss limits
- Drawdown methodologies
- Trailing drawdowns
- Position limits
- Consistency requirements
- Minimum trading days
- Payout requirements
- Payout limits
- Safety buffers
- Reset fees
- Trading restrictions; and
- Other conditions.
Users are responsible for reviewing the specific Program Rules applicable to the program purchased.
2. TradePropr Is Not a Brokerage Account
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement:
TradePropr is not providing the User with a conventional brokerage account.
Participation in a TradePropr evaluation or simulated trading program does not mean that:
- The User has deposited trading capital with TradePropr
- TradePropr has deposited the advertised account size into an account for the User
- The User owns the displayed account balance
- The User owns the displayed buying power
- The User has custody of the displayed funds
- TradePropr is holding the displayed balance for the User
- The User may withdraw the displayed account balance
- The displayed account balance represents actual cash
- The displayed profits represent actual trading profits; or
- TradePropr has guaranteed the User access to actual market capital.
For example, a $100,000 simulated account does not mean that the User has been given $100,000 in cash or that TradePropr is holding $100,000 for the User.
The advertised account size is a program parameter used for purposes of the applicable TradePropr program.
3. No Customer Fund Management or Investment Management
Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, TradePropr does not accept User funds for the purpose of investing, managing, or trading those funds on behalf of the User.
Program fees paid to TradePropr are fees for access to the applicable TradePropr product or service.
Program fees should not be interpreted as deposits into a trading account.
TradePropr does not represent that program fees are:
- Trading capital
- Deposits
- Margin
- Equity
- Investments
- Contributions to a managed account; or
- Funds held for the User for trading purposes.
Users remain responsible for understanding the nature of the product purchased.
4. Simulated Trading
Unless expressly stated otherwise by TradePropr in writing, trading conducted through TradePropr evaluation or simulated programs is not actual trading with User funds in live financial markets.
Simulated accounts may display:
- Account balances
- Equity
- Buying power
- Open positions
- Closed positions
- Profits
- Losses
- Drawdown levels
- Trading history
- Performance statistics; and
- Other trading information.
Such information may be hypothetical or simulated.
Simulated trading results do not constitute an actual performance record of trading an equivalent amount of capital in live markets.
A User's performance in a simulated environment may differ substantially from performance that the User could experience in actual market trading.
5. Simulated Account Balances Are Not Actual Funds
A simulated account balance is a program metric.
A User does not acquire ownership of the simulated account balance merely by purchasing or completing a TradePropr program.
For example:
A $25,000 program does not mean the User owns $25,000.
A $50,000 program does not mean the User owns $50,000.
A $100,000 program does not mean the User owns $100,000.
A $150,000 program does not mean the User owns $150,000.
The account size is a parameter of the applicable program and is used to determine applicable risk limits, trading parameters, and other program conditions.
6. Hypothetical and Simulated Performance
Hypothetical and simulated performance results have inherent limitations.
Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading.
Because simulated trades may not actually have been executed in live markets, simulated results may understate or overstate the impact of factors including:
- Liquidity
- Slippage
- Market impact
- Order execution
- Market depth
- Latency
- Spreads
- Commissions
- Fees
- Volatility
- Price movement
- Technology
- Data availability; and
- Other market conditions.
Simulated trading programs may also involve the benefit of hindsight.
No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to any simulated or hypothetical results presented by TradePropr.
Where applicable, TradePropr will provide the disclosures required by applicable law or regulation concerning hypothetical or simulated performance.
Where hypothetical or simulated performance is used in promotional material, TradePropr will seek to present the applicable disclosure in a manner consistent with applicable requirements.
7. No Guarantee of Profits
There is no guarantee that a User will:
- Make money
- Pass an evaluation
- Complete an evaluation
- Reach a profit target
- Remain profitable
- Receive a payout
- Receive a particular payout amount
- Receive repeated payouts
- Receive a live trading account
- Receive direct funding
- Maintain eligibility for a program
- Recover program fees; or
- Generate income from participation in TradePropr.
Trading performance varies between individuals.
Past performance, simulated performance, testimonials, screenshots, payout examples, or other performance information does not guarantee future results.
8. Market Risk
Financial markets can move rapidly and unpredictably.
Market prices may be affected by:
- Economic releases
- Interest-rate decisions
- Inflation
- Employment data
- Government policies
- Geopolitical events
- Market sentiment
- Supply and demand
- Liquidity conditions
- Unexpected events
- Natural disasters
- Financial crises
- Exchange conditions
- News events
- Volatility
- Market openings and closings; and
- Other factors.
A trading strategy that performs well during one period may perform poorly during another.
No trading strategy can eliminate market risk.
9. Futures and Leveraged Trading Risk
Where TradePropr programs involve futures, futures-related instruments, or simulated trading of leveraged financial instruments, Users should understand that leverage can magnify both gains and losses.
Futures markets may experience substantial price movements over short periods.
Users should understand that actual futures trading can involve significant financial risk, including the possibility of substantial losses.
TradePropr does not represent that futures trading is:
- Safe
- Predictable
- Appropriate for every person
- Suitable for every financial situation; or
- Guaranteed to produce profits.
10. Program-Specific Rules
Each TradePropr program is governed by its applicable Program Rules.
Program Rules may establish:
- Maximum account loss
- Daily loss limits
- Intraday drawdown
- End-of-day drawdown
- Trailing drawdown
- Profit targets
- Consistency requirements
- Minimum trading days
- Minimum profitable trading days
- Maximum position sizes
- Maximum contracts
- Maximum accounts
- Trading-hour restrictions
- News restrictions
- Overnight restrictions
- Weekend restrictions
- Copy-trading restrictions
- Automated-trading restrictions
- Prohibited strategies
- Payout requirements
- Payout buffers
- Payout caps
- Reset fees
- Account restrictions; and
- Other requirements.
The User is responsible for reviewing the Program Rules applicable to the specific program before purchasing or trading.
11. Program Rules Are Part of the Agreement
The applicable Program Rules are incorporated into and form part of the User's agreement with TradePropr.
If a specific program has different rules from another TradePropr program, the rules applicable to the program purchased by the User control that program.
Users should not assume that a rule applicable to one TradePropr program applies identically to another program.
TradePropr may maintain a Master Program Rulebook identifying the current requirements for each program.
12. Account Balance, Equity, P&L and Drawdown Calculations
TradePropr may calculate:
- Account balance
- Equity
- Profit and loss
- Drawdown
- Daily loss
- Trailing drawdown
- Consistency
- Trading days
- Profitable days; and
- Other account metrics
using the applicable platform, data feed, software, calculation methodology, and Program Rules.
Depending on the applicable program, calculations may take into account:
- Realized profit and loss
- Unrealized profit and loss
- Open positions
- Closed positions
- Commissions
- Fees
- Slippage
- Execution prices
- Data-feed information
- Account balance
- Equity
- End-of-day values; and
- Other applicable adjustments.
A User may therefore violate a trading limit based on an unrealized loss or other account condition even if the User has not closed the position.
Where a program uses an intraday, end-of-day, or trailing drawdown, the methodology described in the applicable Program Rules controls.
13. Daily Loss and Drawdown Limits
Certain TradePropr programs may include daily loss limits, trailing drawdowns, or other risk limits.
A daily loss limit or drawdown limit is a program requirement.
Users are responsible for monitoring their account and remaining within the applicable limits.
Depending on the program, the calculation may consider realized and/or unrealized losses.
A User should not assume that closing a position before the end of a trading session will prevent a rule violation if the applicable rules provide otherwise.
14. Consistency Requirements
Certain TradePropr programs may impose a consistency requirement.
A consistency requirement may limit the percentage of total simulated profits that may be generated during a particular trading day or period.
The applicable percentage and calculation methodology are determined by the applicable Program Rules.
Users should review the applicable consistency formula before requesting a payout.
Meeting a profit target or achieving a particular account balance does not necessarily mean that the User satisfies a consistency requirement.
15. Minimum Trading Days
Certain TradePropr programs may require a minimum number of trading days before:
- Completing an evaluation
- Becoming eligible for funding
- Requesting a payout; or
- Receiving another program benefit.
The applicable minimum number of days is determined by the program purchased.
A User should not assume that reaching a profit target automatically satisfies a minimum-day requirement.
16. Profitable Trading Days
Certain TradePropr programs may require a minimum number of profitable trading days.
A profitable trading day may be defined according to the applicable Program Rules.
The existence of a profitable trading day does not necessarily mean that the User is eligible for a payout.
All applicable requirements must be satisfied.
17. Position Size and Account Limits
TradePropr may establish maximum position sizes for each program.
Position limits may include:
- Maximum mini contracts
- Maximum micro contracts
- Maximum open positions
- Maximum exposure
- Maximum number of accounts; or
- Other risk controls.
Users are responsible for complying with the position limits applicable to their program.
Exceeding an applicable position limit may constitute a rule violation.
18. Prohibited Trading Activities
TradePropr may prohibit certain strategies or conduct.
Prohibited activity may include, without limitation:
- Account sharing
- Allowing another person to trade an account
- Trading another person's account
- Unauthorized copy trading
- Coordinated trading intended to circumvent risk controls
- Exploitation of platform errors
- Exploitation of incorrect pricing
- Exploitation of stale data
- Latency exploitation
- Data-feed manipulation
- Technical manipulation
- Circumvention of account restrictions
- Fraudulent activity
- Misrepresentation of identity
- Unauthorized access
- Manipulation of account data
- Abusive use of the platform
- Attempts to circumvent position limits
- Attempts to circumvent loss limits
- Use of prohibited automated systems
- Other activity expressly prohibited by the applicable Program Rules.
The complete list of prohibited activities is governed by the applicable Program Rules and Terms of Service.
19. News Trading
Certain TradePropr programs may prohibit or restrict trading during specified news events or periods.
Where news trading restrictions apply, the User is responsible for reviewing the applicable restrictions before trading.
A User should not assume that an event is permitted merely because it is not specifically identified in a general marketing description.
The applicable Program Rules control.
20. Overnight and Weekend Trading
Certain TradePropr programs may prohibit or restrict:
- Holding positions overnight
- Holding positions through market closures
- Holding positions over weekends; or
- Holding positions during specified periods.
Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable program's trading-hour requirements.
21. Automated Trading and Bots
Certain TradePropr programs may restrict or prohibit automated trading systems, bots, expert advisors, algorithms, scripts, or other automated methods.
Users may only use automated tools to the extent permitted by the applicable Program Rules.
TradePropr may review automated or algorithmic activity for compliance with applicable program requirements.
22. Copy Trading and Account Coordination
Unless expressly permitted by the applicable Program Rules, Users may not use another person's trades, signals, account activity, or execution activity to circumvent TradePropr's risk-management or account limitations.
TradePropr may impose restrictions on coordinated activity between accounts.
The purpose of such restrictions may include maintaining the integrity of program limits and preventing circumvention of account restrictions.
23. Technology Risk
TradePropr Services depend upon technology.
Technology failures can occur, including:
- Internet outages
- Platform outages
- Server failures
- Data-feed interruptions
- Software bugs
- Hardware failures
- Cybersecurity incidents
- Delayed information
- Incorrect information
- Connection failures
- Authentication failures
- API failures
- Hosting failures
- Payment-processing failures; and
- Other technical problems.
TradePropr does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its Services.
24. Third-Party Platforms and Service Providers
TradePropr may rely on third parties, including:
- Trading platforms
- Data providers
- Exchanges
- Technology providers
- Hosting providers
- Payment processors
- Identity-verification providers
- Software providers
- Communication providers; and
- Other vendors.
TradePropr does not guarantee the continued availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
A failure by a third-party provider may affect a User's ability to access or use TradePropr Services.
25. Platform, Data, Pricing, and Execution Errors
Errors may occur in:
- Market data
- Pricing
- Charts
- Timestamps
- Account balances
- Equity calculations
- P&L calculations
- Position information
- Order information
- Platform functionality
- Data feeds
- System communications; or
- Other information.
Where TradePropr determines that a material technical, pricing, data-feed, or system error has occurred, TradePropr may take reasonable corrective action consistent with the applicable Terms and Program Rules.
Users should not intentionally exploit known or suspected technical errors.
26. Exploitation of Technical Errors
Users may not intentionally exploit:
- Incorrect prices
- Stale prices
- Delayed data
- Platform errors
- Data-feed errors
- Latency discrepancies
- System malfunctions
- Incorrect account calculations
- Software bugs; or
- Other unintended technical conditions
for the purpose of obtaining an advantage or circumventing applicable Program Rules.
Activity that appears to exploit such conditions may be reviewed under the applicable Terms and Program Rules.
27. Payouts and Reward Eligibility
TradePropr does not guarantee payouts.
Any payout, reward, compensation, or other payment offered through a TradePropr program is subject to the applicable Program Rules and any applicable Trader or Payout Agreement.
Depending on the applicable program, payout eligibility may require:
- Minimum trading days
- Minimum profitable trading days
- Consistency requirements
- A required account buffer
- Compliance with maximum-loss requirements
- Compliance with daily-loss requirements
- Compliance with position limits
- Compliance with prohibited-trading rules
- Identity verification
- Payment verification
- Compliance review
- Account review
- Other applicable requirements.
Satisfying one requirement does not eliminate the requirement to satisfy all other applicable conditions.
28. Payout Buffers
Certain TradePropr programs may require a safety buffer before a User may request or receive a payout.
The purpose of a payout buffer may include maintaining the account's required risk parameters after a payout.
A payout may not be processed in a manner that causes the account to violate an applicable buffer, drawdown, or other requirement.
The applicable buffer is determined by the Program Rules.
29. Payout Caps
Certain TradePropr programs may impose maximum payout amounts during particular payout periods or stages.
Payout caps may vary depending on:
- Program type
- Account size
- Number of successful payouts
- Account performance
- Trader level
- Risk-management requirements; or
- Other published program conditions.
A User should not assume that all simulated profits displayed in an account are immediately withdrawable.
30. Payout Review
TradePropr may review account activity before processing a payout.
A review may include:
- Trading activity
- Rule compliance
- Position sizing
- Account activity
- Identity information
- Payment information
- Prohibited activity
- Technical irregularities
- Account-sharing indicators
- Copy-trading indicators; and
- Other compliance matters.
A payout request may be temporarily delayed while a legitimate review is conducted.
31. Payout Denial or Delay
A payout may be denied or delayed where applicable Program Rules or agreements establish a basis for doing so.
Potential reasons may include:
- A confirmed rule violation
- Failure to satisfy payout requirements
- Failure to satisfy a consistency requirement
- Failure to satisfy a minimum-day requirement
- Failure to maintain a required buffer
- Prohibited trading activity
- Fraud
- Account sharing
- Identity or payment verification issues
- Technical irregularities
- Material account discrepancies; or
- Other circumstances expressly addressed by the applicable Terms or Program Rules.
TradePropr will not represent that every payout request is automatically payable merely because the displayed account balance shows a profit.
32. No Guarantee of Live or Direct Funding
TradePropr does not guarantee that any User will receive:
- A live brokerage account
- A live trading account
- Direct access to market execution
- Actual trading capital
- A funded brokerage account; or
- Any other live trading arrangement.
Where TradePropr offers a live or direct-funding opportunity, eligibility may be subject to:
- Successful completion of applicable milestones
- Successful payouts
- Risk review
- Compliance review
- Trading-history review
- Availability
- Additional agreements
- Applicable law
- Risk-management considerations; and
- Other requirements.
Completion of a specified number of payouts or trading milestones does not automatically create an unconditional contractual right to live or direct funding unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
33. Program Changes
TradePropr may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue programs, features, pricing, services, or Program Rules from time to time.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in an applicable agreement, changes may apply prospectively to new purchases or new account periods.
TradePropr does not intend for ordinary prospective program changes to retroactively rewrite completed transactions or previously satisfied contractual obligations.
TradePropr may make immediate changes where reasonably necessary to address:
- Security issues
- Fraud
- Technical problems
- Regulatory requirements
- Legal requirements
- Payment-provider requirements
- Abuse of the Services; or

- Abuse of the Services
- Payment fraud
- Chargeback abuse

- Other material violations of the applicable agreement.
TradePropr may temporarily restrict access while investigating suspected violations or technical irregularities.
35. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of:
- Usernames
- Passwords
- Authentication credentials
- API credentials
- Platform credentials; and
- Other account-access information.
Users should not provide account credentials to another person unless expressly permitted by TradePropr.
A User may be responsible for activity occurring through the User's credentials to the extent provided by the Terms of Service and applicable law.
36. No Investment Advice
TradePropr does not provide personalized investment advice.
Information provided by TradePropr is intended for general informational, educational, or program-related purposes.
Nothing provided by TradePropr should be interpreted as a personalized recommendation to:
- Buy
- Sell
- Hold
- Short

- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Accounting advice; or
- Personalized financial planning.
Users should consult appropriately qualified professionals regarding their individual circumstances.
38. Day Trading Risk
Day trading can involve substantial risk.
Users should not participate using money they cannot afford to lose in actual trading activities outside the simulated program.
A User should consider:
- Financial circumstances
- Trading experience
- Objectives
- Risk tolerance
- Knowledge
- Available resources; and
- Other personal circumstances
before engaging in actual financial-market trading.
39. Psychological and Emotional Risks
Trading financial markets can involve significant emotional pressure.
Users may experience:
- Stress
- Anxiety
- Frustration
- Overconfidence
- Fear
- Emotional decision-making; or
- Pressure resulting from financial losses.
TradePropr does not guarantee that participation in a simulated program will prepare a User for the psychological or emotional effects of actual trading.
40. Individual Results Vary
Individual results vary.
Two Users using the same program may produce substantially different results.
Performance may depend on:
- Trading strategy
- Risk management
- Market conditions
- Experience
- Discipline
- Execution
- Technology
- Trading frequency
- Position sizing; and
- Other factors.
No particular result is guaranteed.
41. Testimonials
TradePropr may display testimonials, reviews, screenshots, payout examples, trading results, or other User-submitted materials.
Such materials may reflect the experience of a particular User and may not represent the experience of other Users.
A testimonial is not a guarantee of:
- Future performance
- Success
- Profitability
- Passing an evaluation
- Receiving a payout; or
- Receiving any particular amount.
Where applicable law requires additional disclosure concerning a testimonial, TradePropr will provide the applicable disclosure.
42. Performance Examples
Performance examples presented by TradePropr may be:
- Simulated
- Hypothetical
- Historical
- Illustrative
- User-submitted; or
- Otherwise non-representative of typical results.
Users should not interpret an example as a prediction of their own results.
Where simulated or hypothetical performance is presented in promotional material, the applicable disclosure should appear with sufficient prominence and proximity as required by applicable law.
43. No Reliance on Performance Examples
Users should not rely upon:
- Screenshots
- Account balances
- Payout screenshots
- Trading videos
- Social-media posts
- Testimonials
- Performance examples
- Simulated profits
- Historical results; or
- Other promotional materials
as an indication of what the User will achieve.
The existence of a successful User does not establish that another User will achieve the same result.
44. No Guarantee of Typical Results
TradePropr does not represent that any particular result is typical.
Unless specifically stated and substantiated in accordance with applicable requirements, TradePropr does not represent that:
- Most Users become profitable
- Most Users receive payouts
- Most Users pass evaluations

- Users will generate a specific income
- Users will generate monthly income; or

Any actual statistics presented by TradePropr should be understood in the context, time period, population, methodology, and limitations disclosed with those statistics.
45. Promotional and Marketing Material
TradePropr intends for its promotional materials to accurately describe its programs and services.
Program descriptions, pricing, rules, account parameters, payout requirements, and other material information should be reviewed before purchase.
TradePropr should not be understood to guarantee results merely because promotional material describes a potential benefit or program feature.
Where applicable regulatory requirements govern promotional communications, TradePropr intends to comply with those requirements.
46. No Guaranteed Income
TradePropr does not guarantee that participation will produce:
- Daily income
- Weekly income
- Monthly income
- Annual income
- Replacement income

- Any other financial return.
Any statement regarding potential income or payouts should not be interpreted as a guarantee.

Fees and refund rights are governed by the applicable Terms of Service and Refund/Chargeback Policy.
48. Refunds and Chargebacks

A User should review that policy before purchasing.

- Program participation
- Program fees
- Payouts
- Rewards
- Compensation
- Other payments; or
- Other activities associated with TradePropr.
TradePropr does not provide tax advice.
Users should consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual circumstances.
50. Regulatory Status
TradePropr does not represent that it provides brokerage, investment-advisory, commodity trading advisory, commodity pool, or other regulated financial services unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement or required by applicable law.
TradePropr's legal and regulatory obligations depend on the specific services it provides, how those services are structured, applicable jurisdictions, counterparties, and other facts and circumstances.
Users should not interpret participation in a TradePropr program as establishing a traditional brokerage, investment-management, or advisory relationship unless expressly documented.
51. Jurisdictional Restrictions
TradePropr may restrict or prohibit access to certain programs or Services based upon:
- Geographic location
- Applicable law
- Regulatory requirements
- Sanctions
- Age requirements
- Payment-provider requirements
- Platform requirements
- Compliance considerations; or
- Other legal or operational restrictions.
TradePropr may require Users to provide information necessary to determine eligibility.

- Monitoring their account
- Understanding applicable drawdown rules
- Understanding payout requirements
- Protecting account credentials
- Complying with applicable rules
- Providing accurate information
- Maintaining appropriate records; and
- Making their own decisions regarding participation.
Users should not rely solely on TradePropr marketing materials when deciding whether to purchase a program.
59. No Reliance on Account Size
The numerical account size associated with a TradePropr program should not be interpreted as an amount of capital that TradePropr promises to provide to the User.
Account size is a program parameter.
The applicable maximum loss, drawdown, position limits, payout requirements, and other rules may materially restrict the amount of simulated risk or simulated exposure permitted under the program.
60. No Guarantee That Rules Will Produce Profits
TradePropr's rules are designed to establish the conditions of its programs.
The existence of risk limits, drawdown requirements, consistency requirements, or other restrictions does not mean that a User will be profitable.
Likewise, meeting all program requirements does not guarantee that a User will be profitable in actual markets.
61. Account Performance Does Not Create Ownership Rights
Performance displayed within a TradePropr account does not by itself create an ownership interest in TradePropr or its assets.
Simulated profits do not constitute ownership of TradePropr funds.
Simulated account balances do not constitute deposits.
Participation in a TradePropr program does not create an equity interest, partnership interest, ownership interest, or investment interest in TradePropr unless expressly provided in a separate written agreement.
62. No Employment Relationship
Participation in a TradePropr program does not create an employment relationship between TradePropr and the User.
Unless separately agreed in writing, a User is not an employee, agent, partner, or representative of TradePropr merely by participating in a program.
Receipt of a payout or reward does not by itself establish an employment relationship.
63. No Partnership or Joint Venture
